Witches Brew Wash

Looking for a quick and easy Halloween project that is sure to impress? The Stephenson Suspending Body Wash Base is a perfect choice — it is a ready-to-use formula with a special ability to evenly suspend particles throughout the cleansing base.

With that, you can effortlessly mix in your favorite fragrance or essential oils, exfoliants, and colorants without any dilution required. Simply add your ingredients, mix, and package — it’s that simple!

In this project, we will be creating a Witches’ Brew Bodywash that is enhanced with Jojoba scrub beads for gentle exfoliation, a colorant to give it a bewitching hue, and a touch of mica to add a magical shimmer.

Prepare a Jug of Soap Base

Measure out 500g of Stephenson Suspending bodywash base and pour it into a large Pyrex jug. You can also use any other container of your choice, as long as it is spacious enough for mixing.

Add Colorant to the Soap Base

Add 2ml of colorant to your soap base. Feel free to use any shade you prefer, adjusting the amount as needed to achieve a lighter or deeper color.

Add Mica Powder

Add one teaspoon of mica powder to the mixture. Choose a mica shade that complements your colorant to give your soap base an extra touch of sparkle and shimmer.

Add an Exfoliant

This step is optional, but you can mix in Jojoba scrub beads as an exfoliant to give your body wash a gentle scrubbing effect, while also adding texture and visual interest to the final product.

Transfer to a Bottle

Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together, then pour the finished body wash into a bottle of your choice — and it is ready to use!
