What are your payment methods available?
Our payment methods are credit card, Grabpay, and Atome.
I have made the payment but my order is still on hold?
Some payment methods may require more time to confirm the transaction (e.g. payment gateway delay). Once the order is under processing, you will receive updates via email.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand this may be disappointing; however, once an order is confirmed, we are unable to cancel or make any changes.

Every product has the best before date labelled, so you can shop with confidence.
Are the products natural or organic?
Most of our products are natural, and the organic ones are labelled accordingly.
