Assam Black Tea
Assam Tea is a black tea that comes from the Assam region of India. It comes from the leaves of Camellia Sinensis plant and are more heavily oxidized than other teas such as Green Tea and White Tea. The oxidation process creates a more intense flavor producing darker leaves, which is why Assam tea is popular for its rich flavor and energy boosting benefits.
To make a brew, add 1 tablespoon of Assam Tea in a teapot & pour 220ml of boiling water. A brewing time of 3–25 minutes is recommended, depending on desired strength. For best taste, do not over steep.
