Rose Water

Rose Water, also known as Rosa Damascena Flower Water, is a hydrosal obtained through distillation process. Hydrosols are also called Flower Waters, Hydroflorates, and Hydrolats. It is usually used in perfume making, medicinal making, as well as for culinary uses. It is believed that due to its many beneficial properties, Rose Water has been used as far back as the 7th century.

Rose Water contains numerous powerful antioxidants, and research has shown that it helps relax the central nervous system. These days, Rose Water is used in many skincare and cosmetic products such as cream, lotions, and toners due to its hydrating and moisturizing properties.
