Please return the item to us for a quick quality check—this helps prevent similar issues in the future.
Make sure the product is in original, unused condition, with its packaging intact, and in perfect saleable condition.
When Returns or Exchanges aren’t possible:
For hygiene, safety, and practical reasons, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for:
Items purchased by mistake or if you change your mind
Damage that happens during shipping
Used or opened items
Sale items
Products that are hygiene-sensitive, like butters, colorants, essential oils, fragrance oils, herbs & flowers, liquids, plant oils, powders, soap bases, waxes, etc.
Butters with low melting points may soften or melt in hot & humid weather—unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for this.
How to request a Return or Exchange:
- Email us at contact@rawessentials.com.sg with photos of the product before sending it back.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process an exchange or refund on a case-by-case basis. Refunds cover the purchase value only, excluding the original shipping cost.
A Few Important Notes:
Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging—otherwise, we won’t be able to process an exchange or refund.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse, so please pack it securely to prevent any damage during transit.
