Your satisfaction means the world to us! We are happy to exchange faulty or incorrect items within 7 business days from delivery.

To help us make things right:

  • Please return the item to us for a quick quality check—this helps prevent similar issues in the future.

  • Make sure the product is in original, unused condition, with its packaging intact, and in perfect saleable condition.

When Returns or Exchanges aren’t possible:

For hygiene, safety, and practical reasons, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items purchased by mistake or if you change your mind

  • Damage that happens during shipping

  • Used or opened items

  • Sale items

  • Products that are hygiene-sensitive, like butters, colorants, essential oils, fragrance oils, herbs & flowers, liquids, plant oils, powders, soap bases, waxes, etc.

  • Butters with low melting points may soften or melt in hot & humid weather—unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for this.

How to request a Return or Exchange:

  1. Email us at contact@rawessentials.com.sg with photos of the product before sending it back.
  2. Once we receive your return, we’ll process an exchange or refund on a case-by-case basis. Refunds cover the purchase value only, excluding the original shipping cost.

A Few Important Notes:

  • Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging—otherwise, we won’t be able to process an exchange or refund.

  • Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse, so please pack it securely to prevent any damage during transit.
