RETURN & EXCHANGE

Your satisfaction is our topmost priority – exchange is applicable for faulty/incorrect item within 7 business days from delivered date.

  • To ensure that such rare issue does not occur again, we require item to be returned to us for quality inspection.
  • The product returned must be in original unused condition, with outer packaging intact, and in perfect saleable condition.

Customers are strictly not eligible for refund or replacement under the following:

  •  You have purchased the wrong item or changed your mind
  •  Damage occurred during the shipping process
  • Used and/or opened item
  • Items which are on sale
  • Any product, due to hygiene, safety, and sanitation purposes, including (but not limited to) butters, colorants, essential oils, fragrance oils, herbs & flowers, liquids, plant oils, powders, soap bases, waxes… etc.
  • Do note that some butters have lower melting points, and due to our local hot & humid weather, they may melt during transit and we are not liable for such return request.

For return/exchange, or refund, please email us at contact@rawessentials.com.sg with images of product received before sending the item back to us.

When we received the returned item, exchange or refund (case by case basis) will be processed with purchased value excluding initial shipping costs.

Returned item must be in its original packaging which cannot be broken or in any way damaged. Otherwise, an exchange or refund will not be possible.

Unless a faulty or incorrect item is received, you will bear the shipping costs for return of the item.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please ensure that the item is packed securely to prevent damage during the return transit.
