Niacinamide

Niacinamide, also known as Nicotinamide (NAM), is a form of Vitamin B3. It is usually found in food, medication, and used for cosmetic purposes. Several food including meat, milk, yeast, and vegetables contain Niacin too. Niacinamide is also widely used in skin care products especially sun care products for its benefits such as boosting immunity of skin, protects skin from infrared light, reduces pigmentation, and many more.
