Saffron

Saffron is a spice that has been used for culinary purposes such as adding color and flavor to food, as well as a perfume ingredient and fabric dye. Alongside other herbs and spices, Saffron can also be consumed as tea. This unique spice comes from the flowers of Crocus Sativus Linné and is usually cultivated in Iran, India, and Greece.
