Lanolin

Also known as wool wax or wool’s grease, Lanolin is a natural wax substance secreted by the sebaceous glands or sheep’s wool. Lanolin has been used to relieve and soften dry and cracked skin since thousands of years ago. It is commonly found in ointments, skin creams, and even hair products. Although Lanolin is safe to use, there are various cases of skin allergies and sensitive skin issues from exposure to Lanolin.
