Nettle Leaves

Also known as Urtica Dioica, Nettle leaves are a perennial flowering plant that has been used medicinally since as far back as Ancient Greece. The herb is known for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antimicrobial qualities. It contains vitamins B, C and K, as well as amino acids and anti-oxidants, which are known to fight free radicals, detoxify the body, reduce arthritis pain as well as alleviate allergic reactions.
