Peony, also known as Mu Dan Hua, has been consumed for centuries in China for its medicinal properties. It is the national flower of China and is also called the Luoyang Flower.
It is rich in antioxidants that promote glowing healthy skin, protect our body from free radicals, and helps slow down the aging process. Not just a cancer fighter, Peony lowers cholesterol and blood pressure, strengthens our bones, and gives us healthy oral gum.
To make a brew, add 2 teaspoons of Peony in a mug & pour 400ml of boiling water. A brewing time of 3–8 minutes is recommended, depending on desired strength.
