Pu Er Tea

Pu Er tea is a type of fermented tea that is traditionally produced in Yunnan Province, China. Comes from leaves of a tree known as “Wild Old Tree“, Pu Er is usually sold in compressed cake form though it can be sold as loose tea too. Pu Er is popular due to its fermentation qualities which can introduce healthy Probiotics or beneficial gut bacteria into our body. Pu Er tea has been known to boost liver health, improves cholesterol and inhibits cancer growth. To make a brew, add 1 teaspoon of Pu Er Tea in a mug & pour 220ml of boiling water. A brewing time of 2–4 minutes is recommended, depending on desired strength. For best taste, do not over steep.
